Bruce Tuggle is the author of these comments. He has been around the computer world since the early 1970′s. He watched the first PC’s come to market. He observed the evolution of the various operating systems. He was there when the Radio Shack’s TRS-80, was introduced to market. Later, he watched as the Osborne-1 (the first portable microcomputer) was launched. His brother had one.

He became active in developing websites in 1992. He started Southwest Advanced Technology, Inc. in 2002.
